My friend coded for me a little tool to help manage my deviantart collection.
I have tested this, and it works for me.
Feel free to organize your deviant collection!
If you have downloaded pictures from deviantArt and saved them in some folder in your drive then Divide creates subfolders by name of deviant (artist) and sorts/moves all those files in to subfolders.
